Delete Your Bantoo Account

This page allows you to request deletion of your Bantoo account and all associated personal data.

Data that will be deleted

  • User profile information
  • All bants (posts) and media content
  • Followers and following lists
  • Messages and conversations
  • Saved items and preferences
  • App activity and usage data

Request account deletion

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You can cancel your request by logging back into the app before the deletion is processed.

Delete from within the app

You can also delete your account directly from the Bantoo app:

  1. Open the Bantoo app
  2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision
