How Bantoo protects children and how you can help.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Bantoo is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors. We actively monitor our platform and work to promptly remove any content that violates our child safety policies. All such content is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content that endangers or exploits a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App “Report Bant” Feature
The fastest way to report concerning content is directly within the Bantoo app:
- 1Find the bant (post) containing the concerning content
- 2Tap the three-dot menu (...) on the bant
- 3Select “Report Bant”
- 4Enter a description of your concern (up to 100 characters)
- 5Tap “Submit Report”
- 6The report is sent to our moderation team for review
Method 2: Feedback Email
You can also report concerns via email through the app's built-in Feedback feature:
- 1Open the Bantoo app
- 2Go to Settings
- 3Tap the “Feedback” button
- 4Confirm you want to send an email
- 5Your device's email app opens with admin@bantooapp.com pre-filled as the recipient
- 6Describe your child safety concern in detail and send the email
What Happens After You Report
- Our moderation team reviews every report promptly and thoroughly.
- Content found to violate our child safety policies is removed immediately.
- Users who post harmful content are blocked from the platform.
- Where required by law, we report incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Urgent Concerns
