Managing Your Profile

Edit Your Profile

You can update your profile information at any time:

  1. 1. Go to your Profile tab
  2. 2. Tap the Edit Profile button
  3. 3. Update your display name, bio, or profile picture
  4. 4. Tap Save to apply your changes

Changing Account Settings

Access your account settings to manage your preferences:

  1. 1. Go to your Profile tab
  2. 2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
  3. 3. From here you can:
  • Update your email address
  • Change your password
  • Manage notification preferences
  • Send feedback to our team

How to Delete Your Account

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Bantoo account, you can do so through our account deletion page. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account:

  • Your profile and all associated data will be removed
  • Your bants (posts) will be deleted
  • This action cannot be reversed

Share Your Feedback

  1. 1. Go to Settings in the app
  2. 2. Tap the “Feedback” button
  3. 3. Confirm you want to send an email
  4. 4. Your email app will open with admin@bantooapp.com pre-filled
  5. 5. Write your feedback and send
